The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department at IIT offers education in image processing for both undergraduates and graduate students.  In addition, the Biomedical Engineering program of the Pritzker Institute offers a medical imaging track, within which students can learn image processing as it applies to medical imaging. Interested students should begin by applying to IIT.
